Description:
The city of Buchholz i. d. Nordheide intends to issue a public service order (OeDA) on public transport services from local public transport (public transport) according to § 8 Paragraph 1 and 2 PBefG as the responsible authority (Section 4 (2) and 4 NNVG in conjunction with Section 8a (1) sentence 2 PBefG). The one too Permanent OeDA comprises all public transport services in Stadtbus traffic Buchholz i. d. Nordheide.
Timetable and needs -based transport services are comprised. These are line traffic in accordance with Section 2 (1) No. 3 PBefG i. V. M. §§ 42 - 44 pfefG.
All in all The passenger traffic services to be awarded according to the current planning status at the start of the company at the start of 01.09.2026 expected to approx. 449,000 timetable kilometers per year in line traffic in accordance with §§ 42, 43 PBefG and an additional 3000 event kilometers. The transport services included at the start of the operation And the operating area are described in the "supplementary document" (see also 2.1.4 General information at C. of this form). In connection with the provision and administration of passenger transport services, the OeDA obliges the operator to provide the necessary vehicles and Company infrastructure.
