Description:
The city of Buende intends to award a public service mandate (OeDA) on transport services of local public transport in accordance with Section 8 (1) and 2 PBefG as the competent authority (Section 3 (1) of the OePNVG NRW in conjunction with Section 8a (1) sentence 2 PBefG). The OeDA to be passed comprises all public Passenger services The B3 "City Transport Buende" bundle bundles are included, including outgoing lines in neighboring area body. These public transport services are described in more detail in a supplementary document (see section 2.1.4).
Are scheduled as well as needs -based transport services. These are line traffic in accordance with Section 2 (1) No. 3 PBefG i. V. M. §§ 42 - 44 pfefG.
