Description:
The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks intends to award partial services of infrastructural building management in the form of gutter cleaning/cleaning of roof inputs for the property specified in the system (C-03 competitive systems) to an external service provider.
The service mandate to be awarded is to protect the drainage systems of the roofs from damage, rain gutters from corrosion and thus the structural substance from the occurrence of rainwater into the roof and in the facade and to protect the value of a property receive. The work must be carried out according to the safety -related and required security -relevant points of view in compliance with the valid laws, guidelines and requirements.
