- Place of execution, delivery or service provision: Description of the service: The Hamburg Sustainability Conference (HSC) is a global platform for leading personalities from politics, business, science and civil society who work together to find solutions to accelerate the Develop implementation of the UN sustainability goals. The third HSC will take place on June 29-30, 2026 in the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and the Hamburg City Hall. The HSC was sponsored by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and the Michael Otto Foundation initiated. The organizer is the Hamburg Sustainability Conference gGmbH. Service package 1: The service package includes the photographic and videographic documentation of the Hamburg Sustainability Conference (HSC) on June 29th and 30th, 2026 Hamburg. Service package 2: Monthly social media support The monthly service package serves the continuous and strategically coordinated support of the social media channels. The aim is to increase the visibility and reach of communication, targeting current topics in a target group-oriented manner to prepare and ensure consistent content quality. Term: 10 months. Service package 3: Highlight video "3 years of HSC" The aim of the project is the conception, production and post-production of an image film for the HSC to present the values, activities and focuses of the years 2024 - 2026. Service package 4: Support Round Tables: HSC Youth Ambassadors in Nairobi Following the main conference, a series of events will take place in Nairobi, Kenya (period of the series of events: January 18, 2026 - January 21, 2026) as part of the HSC Youth Ambassador Program.
