Description:
We are looking for an application -oriented basic scientific research, a structure with which sample materials can be automatically coated by a spin coater. The coating should include coating using a spinacater (including pipetting) and the automatic determination of the layer thicknesses. There is a possibility to be able to expand the structure through other components (e.g. blade coater, or heating etc.) modularly in the future. Total structure must be built up within a glove box Labmaster from the MBRAUN company, which results in the maximum dimensions as the floor space for the total structure of 1200 x 770 x 900 mm³. Quartz glass and si wafer up to a size of 25 x 25 mm2 The power supply to the structure should only be done over 50 Hz 230 VAC connections can. A weekly online support and the availability of spare parts for min 10 years must also be guaranteed be. Extensive documentation of the software must also be guaranteed.
