Description:
The existing town hall, the city library and the town hall are cleared and partially demolished or renovated and replaced or expanded by new buildings. An interim building for the town hall as well as the city library was found for the transition period during the construction phases. as well as a modernand sustainable usage concept (New Work) developed. This should also be transferable after the renovation and expansion to the future town hall.
The interim property in Ludwig-Erhard-Strasse 30-34 in 65760 Eschborn comprises approx. 180 desksharing jobs, as well as Co-working areas,Workshop, conference and meeting rooms. A Moodboard regarding Look & Feel has already been created.
The equipment/ furnishings are based on interior design design planning, which is a high -quality and representative overall picture of the new town hall and the city libraryensures.
