  • Object of the contract
    The Hochbahn currently operates a route network of 4 underground lines with 105 km and 93 stops. Another subway line is currently being planned, the U5. It is to be implemented as a fully automatic subway line in GOA4 operation. The U5 is planned as a separate line from the existing network with only a few track connections to the existing network. The section U5-Ost extends over LinienaSection from Bramfeld to City Nord with a route length of approx. 5.8 km. The sections U5-Mitte and U5-West extend over the line section from City Nord to Arenen Ost with a route length of approx. 13 km. The overall order is divided into 2 parts, which are technically inseparable: The 1st part of the total order contains the comprehensive full functionRelevant development, documentation, implementation, installation, integration / validation, commissioning and acceptance of the operational management system (FSO) for driverless and companionless driving (GOA4) of the U5. The FSO contains all systems and their systems, which are required for fully automated operations management (GOA4) on the elevated railway, in particular automationATC system including the DT6-A vehicle equipment, platform and platform final doors, microphone units for passenger communication, systems for passenger information, video surveillance, building management and energy control, access management, vehicle management, operational, mobile and BOS radio and the networks for data communication. The FSO is divided into T.“U5 Ost” express route and the “U5-Mitte” and “U5-West” sections. The first section of the U5 East section is expected to go into operation (vsl) at the end of 2028. The second part of the overall order includes the development, manufacture, delivery, commissioning and acceptance of vehicles (vehicles) of the DT6 vehicle series in the variants (Var) DT6-F with driver compartment for the existing network U1-U4 and DT6-A without driver`s compartment for the U5. This includes in particular the necessary workshop equipment for the maintenance of the vehicles. B. component transport racks, expansion devices for vehicle components, licenses for diagnostic systems or workshop personnel training and infrastructure systems, e.g. B. for the transmission and evaluation of status data or video recordings. FarAnother component of the overall performance is the integration of the respective train protection technology for the fully automated or partially automated (GOA2) operation of the vehicles, as well as testing and commissioning. Vsl. approx. 260 vehicles of the DT6-F vehicle variant, and of the Var. DT6-A approx. 90 vehicles can be procured. In the process, individual orders for the var. DT6-F and DT6-A for one deliverycycle of up to 20 vehicles per year. DT6-A and DT6-F should be able to be flexibly determined with a corresponding lead. The client (AG) reserves the right to delay individual orders from the Var for delays in the construction of the U5. DT6-A in the Var. Convert DT6-F. The delivery of the first individual order of the DT6-F to the client (AG) is expected to begin in 2025. The delivery of the first individual order of the DT6-A to the AG should begin in 2026. The procurement project is to be realized by concluding a framework agreement (RV) that includes the 1st and 2nd part of the overall order and the respective conclusion of individual orders for the partial services. The AG should be unilaterally authorized to do so during theRV duration of the contractor to trigger individual orders at the conditions of the RV by purchasing parts of the overall order. It is envisaged that the following individual orders will be triggered by the AG upon completion of the RV: 1. 50 vehicles (DT6A and -F), of which the 7 vehicles (DT6A and -F) of the first individual order are to be delivered as pre-series vehicles, 2. The FSO for the partroute U5-Ost.
