The contractor carries out quantitative market research studies using the computer assisted telephone interview (CATI) method and delivers their results in the form of tables (PDF and Excel) and raw data as SPSS files to the TK.

Order is designed as a framework contract. Objectives: population-representative studies: per study should gain knowledge about the satisfaction, wishes and expectations of the German population with regard to selected health and health system issues. Employer studies:In each study, knowledge about the satisfaction, wishes and expectations of the employers should be obtained with regard to the service offer provided by the TK and other health insurance companies to choose from TK. The maximum value of the services available via the framework contract is120% of the offer comparison price according to the tender documents.
