Description:
The aim of this tender is to conclude framework agreements with several providers to carry out rail replacement and emergency bus services on behalf of Hamburger HOCHBAHN within the hvv network. Since this type of traffic can only be planned to a limited extent, the scope is: advertised service is an estimate. Actual power requirements can vary significantly. This information is provided in accordance with Section 19 Para. 1 SektVO, according to which the envisaged order volume must be determined and announced as precisely as possible, but not conclusively determined must.
