Description:
The city of Barsinghausen is planning a renovation and renovation of its two town hall locations (Rathaus I Bergamtstrasse 5, Rathaus 2 Deisterplatz 2). The aim is to be able to give up additional rented office space and through modern work concepts such as desksharing and an increase in the usage areaMultifunctionally usable areas of all employees in the two town halls to provide sufficient work surface.
The Rathaus I (RHI) consists of two parts of the building. The old building was built in a historical half-timbered construction in 1682 and consists of an L-shaped, lower cellar,two -storey buildings with a non -expanded attic. In 1970 there was a two -story extension, which was added to another floor in 1994. In the extension there are offices and lounges in the basement, earth, 1st and 2nd floor, whereas in the old building of the basement and the attic onlybe used for storage options. In the basement there are technology rooms, storage rooms and the DRK clothing store. The ground floor and the two upper floors are used for office use. The building was built in 1957 as a furniture storeIn 1986 to use as a commercial building.
Since the construction phase will take place during operation, the AG presents special demands on the coordination of everyone involved - both before and during the construction phase.
