- The Tenstrasse 24 building in 38640 Goslar is to be renovated and used as an extension with additional teaching and course rooms for the Goslar council. It is a listed building, built in 1902/03 and 1995 extensive renovated, in a neo -Romanesque style, which in its history, among other things, as a magazine building, as a refugee office and most recently used as a city archive. The core renovation includes extensive fire protection renovations of the wooden beam ceilings in the stock, the installation of new masonry and drywall walls as well as the equipment of the building a ventilation system and overpressure ventilation for the stairwell. In the meantime, only a few original components have been preserved inside the building (stairs, door portals), which can be continued or reused as unchanged as possible should.
