Description:
The Tenstr. 24 in 38640 Goslar is to be renovated and used as an extension with additional teaching and course rooms for the Goslar council. It is a listed building, built extensively in 1902/03 and 1995, in a neo -Romanesque style, which In his history u. as a magazine building, as a refugee office and most recently used as a city archive. The core renovation includes extensive fire protection renovations of the wooden beam ceilings in the portfolio, the installation of new masonry and drywall walls as well as the equipment of the building with one Ventilation system and overpressure ventilation for the stairwell.
