Description:
The subject of the award is a framework contract for the nationwide provision of group supervision for employees who work in the offices of the Federal Employment Agency and the joint institutions. Participation in supervision is necessary for certification Employment-oriented case management (bFM) is mandatory in the legal area of SGB II and is intended as a needs-oriented personnel development tool in the legal area of SGB II and SGB III. Further information on the objectives, scope and requirements for this measure can be found in the service description remove. The service is awarded in 11 lots: - 10 regional lots for the implementation of group supervision in face-to-face format and - 1 lot for the nationwide implementation of group supervision in online format. The current lot 1 includes group supervision for the offices of the Federal Employment Agency in the district of the Regional Directorate (RD) Bavaria in face-to-face format. Please refer to Appendix 4 "Regionalization lots" to the service description for the specific assigned departments/organizational units. The service for lot 1 is on the premises of the BA or of the shared facilities. The premises are provided to the contractor free of charge by the BA or the shared facilities. All conditions for subsequent calls are already determined by this framework agreement. This allows supervision until the end of the contract term can be used without a renewed call for competition by the BA. In lots 1-10 (regional) it is planned to conclude a framework agreement with 15 bidders per lot who submit an economic offer. Subsequent calls from this framework agreement will generally be made according to Criteria of cost-effectiveness and the availability of supervisors are carried out by the human resources departments.
