Description:
The Hanseatic and University City of Rostock intends to award the service concession for exclusive advertising rights on areas owned by the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock in two lots. The award takes place in the following lot distribution:
— Lot 1 FGU, digital large screens, digital small screens, city light boards/mega lights, city light columns, city light poster showcases
— Lot 2 advertising columns, candelabra and commercial information systems and large glued surfaces on a mono base
The outdoor advertiser is permitted to use the specified maximum numbers and formats within the scope of the concession to erect advertising media (subject to the issuance of the building permits required in individual cases), to maintain/operate and to use them in accordance with the contract at the defined locations:
either in the design nine (9) to ten point five (10.5) m2, landscape (each by reducing one City Light Board/Mega-Light in a ratio of 1:1) up to 15 or in the design six (6) to eight (8) m2, portrait (each by reducing one City Light Board/Mega-Light in a ratio of 1:1) up to 15
— Small digital screens (70" to 84", portrait, analogue/digital) up to 440 of them free-standing (each by reducing one City Light poster display case (free-standing) in a ratio of 1:1) up to 50 and integrated into FGU (each by reducing one City Light poster display case (free-standing) in a ratio of 1:1) up to 340, each new FGU 1 (each by Okay...
