Description:
Stadtwerke Luebeck Group is responsible for the creation of the heating and utility bills for numerous properties in the supply area. Up to three qualified framework contract partners are to be found in the context of a public tender for the implementation of this task, that provide this service reliably and efficiently.
Reading and billing service heating and additional costs
The scope of service includes the following services: - Creation of heating and/or additional costs for approx. 700 acceptance points with a total of approx. 21,000 residential units. - Optional equipment of the acceptance points with electronic heating cost distributors (EHKV), hot water meters and cold water meters - preferably with radio technology. - Support in the takeover and integration of residual values for external meters that have already been installed. - suggestions for dealing with Residual rents for properties with existing radio equipment. - Legal and professional support of the SWL with tenant -side questions about billing.
