Description:
The competition is a restricted implementation competition with a preliminary application process according to RPW 2013. The scope of approval includes the states of the European Economic Area (EEA) as well as the states that are contracting parties to the WTO Agreement on Public Relations Procurement GPA and supplementary agreements. Natural persons resident in the admission area who are authorized to use the professional title of architect, engineer or landscape architect in accordance with the law of their home state are eligible to participate. Legal persons are Eligible to participate if the statutory business purpose is aimed at planning services that correspond to the competition task. In addition, the authorized representative to be named and the author of the competition work must meet the professional requirements that apply to natural persons persons are provided. The spatial program to be implemented includes a usable area (NUF) of around 1,100 m2. The investment volume for the construction of the residence and outdoor area design (KG 300-600) is estimated with a cost cap of 6.17 million euros (gross).
