Realization competition residential project "Simonsplatz / Meta-Seig-Weg" (Oxford-Quartier, Baufeld B2 North) in Muenster-Gievenbeck
With the award-winning result urban planningCompetition was overwhelmed by the site of the former Oxford barracks in an attractive residential area with a diverse, mixed and socially compatible usage profile and is to be transferred to the implementation phase with this elevated construction competition on the Baufeld B2-Nord.which is why the competition announced here is awarded. The task of this competition is the structural development of the northern sub -area to the construction site B2. On a property area of approx. 3,026 sqm, attractive living space in a mix of freely financedclarifying publicly funded rental apartments are planned. For the planning area, the development plan No. 579 "Gievenbeck - Oxford -Quartier" applies with the planning law requirements for the floors and construction lights as well as design stipulations. The focus of the competition is onthe creation of functional and appealing floor plans as well as attractive facade designs in the context with an economic creation of the buildings to be planned.
