- Description:
- The Fuerth district intends to build a new high school in Cadolzburg. The high school is to be built as a 3.5-class high school for around 880 students with an option to expand to 5 classes on the pedagogical and spatial basis of the cluster principle. Additionally there are a quadruple spurthalle, playground and outdoor sports areas as well as bicycle and car parking spaces. The future school area is located east of Cadolzburg on the edge of the Egersdorf district and is currently used for agricultural purposes. The subject of the competition is the structural planning of the high school and the Sporthalle as well as the outdoor area planning with outdoor sports areas, playground and the corresponding traffic areas. In this context, a property area of around 4,540 m2 is to be defined for a possible community development area for residential development. The competition area has aa total size of around 36,470 m2.
