Description:
The city of Goettingen intends to build the new fire station of the Geismar local fire brigade (approx. 792 m2 usage area, 5 vehicles).
The access situation The property and the buildings as well as the parking space situation on the property are cramped. The existing buildings have a high need for repair.
The city of Goettingen is therefore planning to manufacture the fire brigade building as a need for needs on the directly adjacent Eck plot Hauptstrasse / Kerllsgasse, so that the existing alarm radius of the Geismar local fire brigade remains. The planned property is currently being used as an incorporated public parking space. The existing building of the Geismar local fire brigade can and should be up to the Completion of the new building cannot be dismantled. In the future, parking spaces are to be located on this free space in the southwestern area of the competition area. There are also covered and lockable parking spaces for bicycles and cargo bikes.
