• Description:
• The contractor must classify the load index on the basis of the recalculation guidelines and the documents provided and, if necessary, subsequently requested, estimate the remaining useful life of the structure or determine it mathematically, and the Check and evaluate fatigue safety. The intended scope of services includes several partial services that result from the step-by-step procedure in accordance with the re-invoicing guidelines. The following services must be carried out: a) Carrying out the recalculation according to stage 1 Re-invoicing guidelines b) Carrying out the re-invoicing according to stage 2 of the re-invoicing guidelines, if necessary and after a separate commission. c) Carrying out the re-calculation according to stage 3 of the re-invoicing guidelines, if necessary and after a separate commission. Implementation Level 2 and Level 3 of the re-invoicing guidelines require the express and written approval of the client. 1. Basic determination - viewing and evaluating the existing documents (inventory plans, test reports, previous evidence, damage documentation). - Vote the target load levels to be considered with the client (here: BK 30 as the starting point). - Determination of the relevant impacts based on the NRR. 2. Recording and evaluating the current condition - Evaluation of the results of the last structural test according to DIN 1076. - Damage assessment, in particular Relevant damage for load-bearing capacity and fatigue (cracks, cross-sectional losses, prestress losses, condition of the coupling joints). - Derivation of a realistic calculation model taking into account the damage patterns and the special features of the building. 3. Static recalculation - evidence of the Load capacity for relevant internal forces below the target load levels. - Taking into account the actual prestress situation, introduction of force in the coupling joints and, if necessary, reduced cross-sectional values. 4.
