Description:
The client is the owner of the property Franz-Grochtmann-Strasse 36/56b, 33334 Guetersloh. These include the school building with gymnasium (built in 1965) and the OGS/daycare building (built in 1980). The city of Guetersloh intends to open the Edith-Stein elementary school, Franz-Grochtmann-Strasse 36/56b, 33334 Guetersloh, in the area of the daycare center, OGS and the gymnasium, parts of the building are to be converted and completely renovated in terms of energy efficiency. This award procedure is used to award structural planning and building physics services (thermal insulation and energy balancing). This is a lot for the measure required planning services. The commissioning takes place in stages. When the contract is awarded, service phases 1 to 4 will be commissioned directly. In addition to the basic services, special and additional services must also be provided.
