Reconstruction and expansion of the Bautzen district music school; Lot 304 Scaffolding work
Construction project: Bautzen District Music School
The former administrative building at Tzschirnerstrasse 14a is to be converted and expanded into a district music school. The existing building (old building from 1912 with an extension from 2001) will be retainednd will be spatially restructured to meet the new requirements. A new concert hall will be connected to the back of the existing building. (Total usable area approx. 1870 m2). At the same time, the outdoor facilities will be extensively redesigned to suit the new usedesigned.
