Reconstruction and expansion of Medico-Palais
The Medico-Palais in the old one The spa park of the city of Bad Soden am Taunus was built in 1912 and was the largest inhalatorium in Europe at the time. The building is a cultural monument under Monument protection. After it has been empty since 2019, it is now to be converted into an administrative location. The city of Bad Soden am Taunus will move a large part of its city administration to the three-story Medico-Palais.
Sanitary system for an administration building with rainwater, dirty water, Drinking water and non-drinking water installation, the latter as a rainwater harvesting system with UV-C filtration,
Sewage system:
AW-Ltg made of PP soundproof DN 50-125 (approx. 300 m, 350 fittings), rainwater as transfer pipe PE DN 200 (approx. 35 m 10 Fst), underground pipes DN 40/70 for pressure pipe and Ventilation DN 100 for drainage including 2 floor drains (approx. 50 m, 40 Fst), an underground lifting system containing feces, 2 above-ground lifting systems for gray water drainage,
1 shower channel (measured part made of stainless steel) 7 floor drains made of cast plastic.
