• The subject of the order is the services of property planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with HOAI 2021 § 35, service phases 1 - 9. The subject of the planning is the renovation and expansion of the elementary school, Julius-Sax-Straße 27, 93333 Neustadt a.d. Danube. For the KGR 300/400 Net costs are expected to be around €8.5 million. A feasibility study is available. It will be enclosed with the tender documents. This feasibility study is not to be understood as a preliminary draft. At the end of the participation competition they will be the best 5-7 suitable applicants or 5-7 applicants who are equally suitable are invited to submit an offer and take part in the negotiation. The client reserves the right to place the order based on the initial offer. The surcharge will be determined according to the Award criteria mentioned in the contract documents and their weighting. The service is provided immediately after the VgV procedure has been completed. It is intended to carry out the measure in one go, provided there are no significant or unforeseen reasons speak against it.
