- Planning a (replacement) new building of a bridge over the Elbe to restore the traffic and media connection (MIV, public transport (tram), foot and bike traffic, district heating, drinking water, elder and telecommunications lines) between Carolaplatz and Rathenauplatz in Dresden. Planning services acc. §§ 26, 39, 43, 47, 51 and 55 HOAI for performance phases 1 to 7 as well as special services with a graduate order. Stage 1 includes planning services of service phases 1 and 2 in accordance with Sections 43, 47, 51 HOAI and special services, level 2 planning services of the Performance phases 2 to 4 §§ 26, 39, 43, 47, 51 and 55 HOAI as well as special services and level 3 Planning services of the service phases 5 to 7 §§ 39, 43, 47, 51 and 55 HOAI as well as special services.
