• Description:
• To ensure the existing process air supply for biological cleaning, a new blower hall (GBH2) is being built on the KA MG-Neuwerk. This construction measure serves to ensure the operation of the existing biological cleaning system. At the same time, this measure represents redundancy in order to ensure that biological cleaning is maintained. The NV intends to divide the blower hall into several fire compartments. The maximum final configuration is eight Blower provided. Four of these turbo compressors (blowers) are installed in two rooms. It is also planned to set up two emergency power systems (NEAs) with the associated components in separate rooms (fire protection separation). To The new transformer station 4 is planned to supply the systems and structures with electricity. Transformer station 4, including transformers and NSHV, will be built in GBH 2. The MV switchgear and the emergency network systems are included in a separate measure constructed. Other components of the project include six new transformers, two low-voltage main distribution systems, UPS systems and active harmonic filters. The fans are installed on site and are already equipped with passive harmonic filters equipped. The active filters must be taken into account for the remaining harmonic components of the frequency converter-controlled drives (e.g. in the pumping station of the secondary clarification and the compact stations of the aeration tanks).
