Description:
The city of Schneverdingen intends to put the geothermal probe system out to tender for the conversion and renovation of the leisure meeting place (FZB), Auf dem Eck 2 in 29640 Schneverdingen. The existing building has two buildings, each with a full floor (citizen hall area 778 m2, youth area 881 m2) in solid construction. The renovation and conversion of both parts of the building is planned for the construction project. An intermediate building, into which the multi-generational house will move, is intended to connect the two building bodies with each other. The building does not have a basement and is continuous Support grid of approx. 7.50m constructed. The building is partially equipped with underfloor heating.
