• Conversion, renovation and expansion of the Herigoyen primary and secondary school in Sulzbach am Main, architectural services - property planning for buildings and interiors and property planning for outdoor areas The market town of Sulzbach a. Main is planning the conversion with renovation and Expansion of the Herigoyen elementary and middle school in Sulzbach a. Main.The entire school complex is to be comprehensively revised and restructured. This includes partial demolitions, renovation measures and extensions through additions or additional new buildings. There is a space requirement assessment and a feasibility study with various variants. The implementation is planned in 3 construction phases. The total gross costs are provisionally calculated at €14.85 million. The construction project is being carried out with public Funded by FAG/FAZR as well as by the Bavarian OGTS funding as part of open all-day offers at schools.
