OB/02.01/26/20-VOB: The project is located in the Free State of Saxony, Bautzen district, approx. 4 km east of the town of Hoyerswerda on the western bank of Lake Scheibe. The western bank of the Scheibe Lake is to be used for tourism. First construction work have already been implemented by the Lausitzer und Mitteldeutsche Mützen-Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (LMBV) with funds from VWA § 4. As part of this, a central parking lot, a playground and a toilet facility were built between 2023 and 2025 completed (sub-object 1). The city of Hoyerswerda is driving forward the sustainable tourism development on its own initiative on the western shore of Lake Scheibe using additional funding. Lot 3.2 includes the construction of a stepped Embankment on the banks of Lake Scheibe with sunbathing terraces, staircases and a barrier-free ramp.
