Description:
The object of the service is the recycling of old textiles and old shoes provided to the Ennepe-Ruhr district as a public waste disposal agency from January 1st, 2026. The service consists of commissioning the contractor to transport it to the recycling plant and the proper recycling of old textiles. Furthermore, the contractor must provide suitable means of transport (e.g. swap bodies) at the reloading station, which are filled by the client. The old textiles and old shoes are packed in bags and made available for collection. The Old textiles and old shoes must be recycled properly and without damage. They must be sorted and primarily reused and recycled in accordance with the ranking of the 5-stage waste hierarchy of the Circular Economy Act and the EU Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/EC utilize. According to the client's estimate, the expected collection volume for old textiles and old shoes is approx. 2,500 Mg/a. The contractor is also responsible for the proper and harmless disposal of other substances contained in the collection mixture (e.g. due to incorrect littering, contaminants).
