- Recycling of waste paper (PPK) for the Mettmann district Recycling of waste paper (PPK) for the Mettmann district in the period January 1st, 2027 - December 31st, 2029 As of January 1, 2027, the Mettmann district will have to award the recycling of waste paper from private households. This acts it is a collective mixture of packaging and non-packaging made of paper, cardboard and cardboard (PPK). In the following, this mixture will simply be called “waste paper”. Those recycled in the years 2022 to 2024 Waste paper quantities and the evaluation variables are listed in the tender documents. From January 1, 2027, the contractor has everything between the takeover on the of collection points specified by the client and the final utilization of the goods To carry out the necessary intermediate or further transport of waste paper.
