Description:
The following work is essentially to be carried out (Title 02 or otherwise marked): - 2,650 m2 dismantling of existing surface coverings with base layers, edging, installations and equipment - 7,850 m2 demolition of existing surface coverings with base layers, edging, installations and Facilities - 330 m of rainwater pipe laying - 2,600 m3 Soil replacement - 5,100 m3 Base layer material - 650 m of steel edging - 753 m of colored concrete borders (different dimensions) - 235m2 Natural stone slab edging - Surface production: - 6,950m2 unbound concrete paving areas - 1,050 m2 unbound natural stone paving areas - 600 m2 facade strips made of natural stone paving - 365 m2 water-bound path surface - 1,300 m2 rolled asphalt (colored top layer) - 450 m2 mastic asphalt (colored) - 79 m2 EPDM covering - 225 m2 tactile elements - Delivery and setting of prefabricated concrete parts - Production of evaporation beds (1,050 m3) - General and special equipment - Renewal of sewer systems (Title 03) - Drainage connections of the adjacent properties, which were classified into classes II and I after a condition assessment, are renewed up to the property boundary (Title 03) - Surrounding intact property drainage pipes (Title 03) - Renewal of the pipe network (gas, water and electricity supply pipes) (Title 04)
