- A non -open realization competition with subsequent negotiation procedures is carried out. Based on the selection criteria, 6 participants are determined for participation in the competition. 3 participants have already been chosen, so that a total of 9 participants take part in the planning competition.With equivalent applications, it is reserved to have the lot decided. Participation in the planning competition is reserved for landscape architects and urban planners. The competition is coordinated with the Bavarian Chamber of Architects. The procedure is anonymous. The names of the participants becomeonly made known to the members of the pricing court after the decision of the prize court. The competitive language is German.
Redesign city square
The city of Plattling plans to redesign the city square in the historic old town. Plattling is located in the Lower Bavarian districtDeggendorf and has around 13,000 inhabitants. The city square under ensemble protection is the historical and functional center of the city. It runs with a length of approx. 400 m and 40 50 m wide from the northwest to the southeast. Bundesstrasse 8 runs over the town square, about the middle of theCrossed space from Kreisstrasse 5 (Landauer/Deggendorfer Strasse).
The competition area comprises the city square without the federal road for which there is a traffic routing that is to be taken over.
