Description:
Redesign of the outdoor facilities at the Hohen Neuendorf cultural station. The existing S-Bahn station will be expanded and converted into a cultural center with a library, seminar and exercise rooms and public catering, while it will serve as access to the S-Bahn station throughout, including the redesign of the outdoor areas takes place while the S-Bahn station is still in operation; access to the station must be possible at all times. The construction project consists of two phases, in the first construction phase the infiltration system (filling trench) including all shafts, connecting pipes, light shafts and gutters is built on the building, In the second construction phase, the outdoor facilities including fixtures and fittings as well as the vegetation work and planting will be carried out. Trades: Civil engineering work, landscaping and electrical construction work. Construction project: Redesign of the "Kulturbahnhof" outdoor facilities (conversion/renovation of the station) Hohen Neuendorf Construction location: 16540 Hohen Neuendorf, Schoenfliesser Str. 48a Accessibility/Security Access/delivery takes place via the existing access road on Wilhelm-Kuelz-Strasse west of the construction site and via the adjacent streets. Intermediate storage areas must be agreed with the BL and on the Limited terrain available. Transport distances of a maximum of approx. 100 m within the construction site and the possible repeated relocation of building materials must be taken into account in the standard price and will not be reimbursed separately.
