Structural planning
The city of Arnstadt has to award public contracts for planning services because it intends to redesign the market square in Arnstadt, 1st BA and 2nd BA.
This includes planning principles for structural planning 1.BA, to create performance phases 3-6 and 8 as a special performance.
As part of sustainable urban development, the aim is to focus on the current and to want to react to future demographic and climatic developments. Energy-efficient, sustainable construction and operation as well as maximum accessibility are express planning goals.
The aim of the conversion and thus the planning is, among other things, the consideration, planning and calculation a new fountain room for the Bismarck fountain, securing the supporting structure of the so-called arcades during the expansion, the planning and calculation of the Christmas tree sleeve and the water cistern and the calculation of the stream monument. All elements to be considered statically are defined by the Open space planner specified in your location. Static influences on location and construction have not yet been considered.
