• The project is intended to accompany the discussions taking place at the EU level on the further development of EU circular economy law. When discussing new or revising existing EU regulations, questions often arise about the scope for maneuver and design options. Scope is often used differently by the Member States. In order to classify and evaluate as quickly as possible the approaches and design of specifications used in other member states The aim of the project is to provide an overview of the design of circular economy law in other European member states in order to implement EU requirements or with regard to central issues and challenges Circular economy law must be created at EU level in order to be able to include established and well-established instruments in the considerations for the further development of the requirements.
