Description:
The event hall with TG was completed in 1989. The multi -storey TG has an immediate structural and functional connection with the meeting place. Under the Murgpark open space, it extends to the fortress walls of the Pagodenburg and Murgdamm. The TG is below and on connected to the Badner Halle, as well as integrated into the building with technical facilities and escape routes. It currently has 272 parking spaces on a usable area of approx. 10,226 m2. The entire TG is made of reinforced concrete. The road surface consists of a water -permeable asphalt ceiling, which is applied to the reinforced concrete floor panels without sealing. The following services (gradually) are intended to commission this tender: First, the service phases 1+2 in accordance with §§ 53 HOAI are commissioned in the 1st order level. The performance phases 3-8 are gradually accessed. There is no legal obligation to order.
