Description:
The city of Herzogenrath intends to award architects and engineering services for the renovation and expansion of 2 school locations. The Maria-Sibylla-Merian comprehensive school is currently housed at two locations that are spatially close together. In the future, the comprehensive school willThe main location (Kircheichstrasse in Herzogenrath-Kohlscheid) and additionally expanded to 5 trains (approx. 1,100 pupils). An extension body as well as the renovation of the 3-field sports hall including dismantling and new construction of the functional areas are currently planned. The Kathe-Kollwitz funding school(1.5-plus with approx. 200 pupils) is to be housed at the freedom of the Maria Sibylla Merian comprehensive school on Pestalozzistrasse. This requires extensive renovation, renovation and partial recording measures on the parts of the building and replacement buildings. It must be checked whether a completeNew construction may represent the more economic variant. The overall project (both locations) is to be completed and commissioned by the end of 2028. Political decisions are required during the planning phase. The rough cost estimate (KG 300 - 500 - Stand 08.2024) for the expansionand renovation sports hall of the Maria-Sibylla-Merian comprehensive school are currently being applied with around 21 million euros / gross. The coarse cost estimate (KG 300 - 500 - Stand 08.2024) for the expansion and partial renovation of the Kathe -Kollwitz -Foerderschule are currently being around 12.5 million euros /bad...
