- The Revierpark Vonderort, Bottroper Strasse 350, Oberhausen, was built in 1974 as the third of a total of five district parks in the Ruhr area and was opened together with the swimming pool there. The bathroom landscape was converted into a brine resort of the site in the 1990s and later around the sauna landscape expanded. The brine bath has been out of operation since August 2019 because of the brine trend that is no longer usable. The brine bath has been closed since then. The building fabric of the bathroom system has significant defects due to age and is in need of renovation. The city has been on the project call of the federal program "Refurbishment of municipal institutions in the areas of sports, youth, and culture" 2023 of the Federal Ministry of Living, Urban Development and Building with the project "Refurbishment and expansion of the indoor pool in the Vonderort in Oberhausen". The subject of the present tender is The planning of free facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI I. V. M. Appendix 11 No. 11.1 for HOAI.

Planning services of the landscape architecture are awarded after the general renovation of the leisure pool and the Outdoor pool new configuration taking into account the adjacent outdoor pool areas and sauna garden landscape.
