In order to ensure a future -proof and representative administration, comprehensive renovation and revitalization of the old stock is required. A feasibility study and an energeticExpert reports have already shown the structural defects in relation to indoor climate, energy efficiency, fire protection, health and security, accessibility as well as the reorganization of the administrative areas. The planning goal essentially includes the construction of a new town hall in combinationWith the renovation of the existing town hall in the central center. The special urban planning challenge is in the situation of the new building and the resulting building law requirements. With the planned new building, the concerns of interior development and the associatedRequirements in the municipality of Fockbek are taken into account.
