Refurbishment and expansion Rathaus Werlte, Specialist planning structure
The planned measures include one energetic renovation of the building envelope, modernization of the technical equipment and a restructuring of the working environment. For the implementation of the total project, total construction costs (KG 300+400+600) of around EUR 7.0 million net. The city intends to be awarded the following planning services as part of a VGV procedure:-specialist planning support (LP 4-6)-Object planning Buildings (LP 5-9) and interiors (LP 1-9) including fire protection from LP 5 and-specialist planning (plant groups 1-6, 8) (LP 4-9) Planning trades and reports are to be awarded by the client in the national procedure. The client reserves the right to gradually order individual or several performance phases until the construction work is completed. There is a legal right to commission the total service not. After ordering, processing must be started immediately. The aim is to edit: - LP 4: November/2025 - LP 5: December/2025 - August/2026 - Tender: August/2026 - January/2027 - Start of construction November/2026 - April/2028
