The existing building is located in the Berlin district of Tiergarten in the Mitte district of Berlin. The 5-storey residential building can be reached via public road (Kluckstrasse).

The residential building consists of a front house and two side wings on the right and leftReturn facades. You can get to the staircase via the goal crossing, which opens up the

front house. There is access to the stairwells of the side wings over the courtyard area.

The residential building was built around 1880 and renovated in 2002. The residential building is bordered in the stock with fire walls, withinA closed block edge development,

north and south of neighboring buildings. The residential building is built in solid construction with masonry walls and wooden beam ceilings and consists of basement, four

rising floors (ground floor - 3rd upper floor) and an unsuccessful roof space.The conclusion is a gable roof with a concrete roof stone covering.

The stairwells lead to the basement and over all rising floors and thus open up all residential units. The basement floors from the front and

side wings are not consistent and each consist of severalAreas. Attic is unused. In the basement there are tenant cellar areas,

heating rooms, oil bearing rooms and other technology rooms. The height of the top edge of the floor, the highest floor, is approximately 17.68 m.

The object is therefore in building class 5to be classified according to § 2 paragraph 3 BauO BLN.

The now planned renovation of the object includes the following work:
