Refurbishment and modernization of the Friedrich -Engels -Gymnasium 3. BA - Los 3.04 outer window - plastic, window sills
In the 1st to 3. upper floor as well as in the connecting gear 1.+2. Upper the window tapes completely dismantled and renewed. The fortification of the windows is renewed and adapted to the local conditions. The window sills are renewed on the outside and inside. On the southeast side (sea side) the Window wings exchanged by slat windows. The slat windows, which are also to be installed in the window tapes on the north-west side, must be opened electrically.
The work is carried out when school operations are running, in the 3rd construction phase to be renovated is not school operations. Pay attention to student traffic on the open spaces. The construction site sequence is to be operated with a reasonable effort in such a way that a lowest possible burden on school operations occurs.
