Description:
The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg on January 1st, 2013 according to § 26 (1) State budget regulations Schulbau Hamburg (called SBH below) founded. This state company has the task of taking school properties into account according to economic principles, taking into account the school concerns To plan, build, maintain and manage and to rent the more than 400 schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB). The school properties include all the land used for school purposes and buildings of state and vocational schools.
