Description:
The city of Bad Mergentheim intends the renovation of the listed former residential and commercial building "Burger Haus". The building is located in a central location on the market square in the old town of Bad Mergentheim and is said to 2034 become the center and symbol of historical old town revitalization in Bad Mergentheim. The building is located in the scope of the "Altstadt/ Stadtgarten" renovation area.
The subject of the VGV procedure are architectural services object planning according to §§ 33 - 38 HOAI 2021, performance phases 1-9 incl. Special services.
The service phases 1-9 is gradually commissioned: The performance phase 1-2 is commissioned in level one.
The current cost estimate is around € 6.3 million gross total costs.
Considered area including UG/ DG: approx. 600 m2
Construction is for 2027 planned.
