Description:
The city of Burghausen intends to extensively renovate sections of the existing indoor pool.
As part of the current renovation measure, extensive modernizations are now original indoor pool from 1970.
Scope of the renovation measure
The following areas of the old building are affected by the renovation:
-Bathing hall with 50-meter pool
- Jumping hall with a pool and jumping system
- Control area eG, as well as the premises of the pool administration
- Personnel areas in the basement
- Technical cellar of the old building
Not included in the renovation scope:
- The adventure pool area with sauna (expansion from 2003)
- The outdoor pool area, including the brine-free pool built in 2019
Operation during the construction period
- The sauna system remains throughout the entire Building time open.
- The outdoor pool can still be used in the summer months.
Access and visitor guidance
- During the construction period, visitor access is via a path along the Wacker Stadium, west of the construction site border.
