Description:
The Barmer, one of the leading statutory health insurance companies in Germany, conducts a comprehensive renovation of its main administration buildings in Wuppertal under the name "Refurbishment Campus Wuppertal". The subject of this tender is the award unit (VE) 321 locksmith/ metal doors.

The subject of the order to be awarded is the installation of 190 single and two-winged sheet steel doors including frames as well as 53 single and two-wing aluminum glass pipe frame doors including frames, each in different dimensions with and without Fire protection. Various doors are equipped with the following additional components: a) Access control with and without video surveillance, b) bell button, c) Magnetic contacts, d) anti -Panic lock, e) Electronic opening (engine control), f) door stopper, g) ots with and without electronic determination. Furthermore, the order includes 5 fire protection curtains in different sizes including all necessary controls such as hand buttons, locking system etc. The control and cabling are included here. Finally, steel stairs are in one and two ways as well as a spindle staircase the tender. All stairs are equipped with corresponding handrails or railings. The services must be carried out in the period from 04.05.2026 to January 29, 2027.
