Description:
The Wasserstrassen- und Shipping Office Rhein- Location Cologne- maintains the Rhein Wasserstrasse and the banks on the left and right bank of the Rhine from Rhein-KM 639,000 to Rhein-KM 759.700.
The Cologne level and lies in the entertainment area of the waterway and shipping office Rhein, location Cologne at Rhein-KM 688.0 left bank.
The following work should be carried out as part of the renovation work of the Cologne level tower:
-Outside cleaning of the level tower with high -pressure cleaner to remove environmental contamination and Rinse off loose color components, small concrete parts and green vegetation (moss on the old roof skin)
Elimination of graffities
-Bedonation: removal of loose concrete parts
Repair of corroded reinforcement With corresponding approved coating systems and subsequent concrete renovation with a PCC mortar composite system.
-Dach work: Renewal of the flat roof skin including concrete renovation of the concrete flat roof ceiling
-Glaser work: renewal more defective glazing
