Today's House of Guest Bavarian Gmain houses a
catering and inEarth floor an event hall and in the southern part of the building on the ground floor a
tourist information and an apartment on the top floor. Due to the topography and the existing
split level basic crack design, the catering, the hall and the tourist information are each at ground level, eachHowever, not accessible.
The existing town hall of the municipality of Bavarian Gmain is located in a separate building that is broken off in the course of the planned construction work and integrated into the new community center. The demolition of the town hall
is not part of this tender.
TheConstruction site is located at Grossgmainer Strasse 14 in 83457 Bavarian Gmain, between the Kreisstrasse and
the spa park. The immediate proximity to the district road must be taken into account in the calculation.
