Description:
As part of the project, the Magdeburg Studentenwerk awards general planning services for performance phases 1 to 3 (optional performance phases 4-9) for the holistic renovation of the property "Department 10". Due to the age -related state of the property and to maintain the studentDormitory places must be started promptly with the provision of services after the contract is distributed. This includes in particular the object planning buildings and interiors, technicalEquipment, structural engineering, building physics and fire protection. The house is divided into a total of five entrances, which of three different carriersare managed, two of them by the Magdeburg Studentenwerk with a mentioned living space capacity. Overall, the project is intended to prevent an unimaginable unimaginability in the foreseeable future and the urgently needed maintenance of the existing 200 dormitory places.The 10-storey apartment block is located in the immediate outskirts of the Otto-von Guericke University and was built in the 1970s.
